Mr. Dubé had been convicted of ordering arson attacks, and had previously been convicted of sabotaging Hydro-Québec high-voltage lines, a case classified as a national security offence. Normand Dubé has always denied his guilt in both trials, and claims to be the victim in this case. The court considers revenge to be the motive for the crimes. What happened?
